Suzuki Language School has many online students from the Japanese Art and Cultural Center (JACC) in San Jose, California. San Jose is situated in Silicon Valley, a significant technology hub in the Bay Area, and is surrounded by rolling hills. Tomoko Suzuki, the school's owner, lived in the Bay Area from 2012 to 2024 and started teaching Japanese language at the JACC. The JACC branch serves as a key location for online students and hosts in-person lessons and events.

Greetings!

Established in 2010 in San Jose, California, the Japanese Art & Cultural Center (JACC) carries the mission of fostering, developing, and promoting the traditional Japanese culture and martial arts, as one of the successors and conservators to ancient Asian civilizations.

The Center provides venues to research, train and exchange knowledge and experience of the meditation-based cultural legacies, including all arts, sports and cultural activities derived from Budo, the martial arts and lifestyle of the samurai, as an educational tool to enhance individual integrity, compassionate character, profound awareness and self-actualization.

The Center also provides opportunities to experience the culture, tradition, and philosophy of Japan which are the foundation of the Japanese language.

Suzuki Sensei has been a good friend and an outstanding teacher who helped so many students learn the language and succeed in their endeavors. I invite and encourage anyone who are interested in learning the Japanese language to take advantage of what Suzuki Sensei has to offer.
